Hello, lovely people. Two quick things:
We did it!! Holy Ghost Stories now has 110 patrons!!! My ridiculous, audacious goal was 100 by the end of the day today, and by God’s grace, you guys have made that dream a reality. It’s an absolute joy to know that HGS is blessing you as deeply as it is, and that you believe in it as much as you do.
SO: those of you who’ve come alongside me as patrons of the show, thank you!!! If you haven’t already, be sure to jump over to Patreon and check out your account for posts and goodies from yours truly, and for the thank-you note I sent to each of you.
You’ve got until midnight tonight (Central) to get your free “Patron Saint of Storytelling” gear when you become a patron of HGS. To be clear: you can become a patron anytime, but I’m sending a free t-shirt or sticker (depending on your level of support) to the each of the early adopters who jump in before the end of the day today.
Thanks to the incredible response on Patreon, I’m going to be giving away a lot of t-shirts and stickers—you might as well come on board so I can give one to you as well. 🎉
Come on—look at this beauty. When you wear it, children who pass by will tug on their parent’s sleeve and ask, “Daddy, is that a real saint?”
“Why yes,” their father will say. “They must be, because their shirt says so. In fact, it looks like they’re not just a saint, but a patron saint of storytelling—and everyone knows that’s the best kind of saint there is.”
“Really, daddy?” the child will reply.
“Of course,” their father will say. “…Maybe—no—probably not.”
“What, daddy??”
“Well, maybe they’re one of the original patrons of that podcast Holy Ghost Stories.”
And then, in a hushed tone, the child will reply, “Wowwww. Do you think so?!”
“I don’t know, buddy, They do look pretty awesome, so maybe.”
And then, with a twinkle in your eye, you’ll smile at the child and they’ll know. They’ll know.
Something like that, probably.
Right?
Probably.
So get yours today! Literally today—it’s your last chance. :) Just click this fancy little button:
That’s it! Hope you have a wonderful week, and thanks again for your amazing support and generosity.
Gratefully,
Justin
