The Happiest Saddest People is live.

Big news today, folks. Years in the making, Hazefire Studios’s second podcast is now yours for the listening.

It’s an audio memoir written and narrated by JL Gerhardt (the beloved manuscript editor of Holy Ghost Stories and my perennial teammate of a wife). It’s called The Happiest Saddest People, and it’s a masterfully told story about…well, a lot of things. And just one thing, really.

If you love Holy Ghost Stories, you’ll love this—it’s a lot like HGS, in fact; just fast-forwarded a couple thousand years.

This first volume will have around 16 chapters, released weekly. We went ahead and dropped two for you today, though, because we love you.
